Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@nappycaddyco.com.au. We will clarify if you are after a refund or an exchange, and will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping cost of the return is at the customers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages
Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the product is proven defective, or if the incorrect product was posted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please contact us at contact@nappycaddyco.com.au. The same returns process will take place. Customer will be required to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
