Can I exchange my Caddy for a different colour? Sure! Just send us an email and we can sort it out. You can also check out our Refund Policy for more details.
Which shipping provider do you use? We send our products with Sendle - a carbon neutral shipping service focused on supporting small business.
How will my Caddy be packaged? All of our packaging is fully recyclable! We wrap our caddies in craft paper first, then place them in a craft coloured cardboard box. The box is then secured with paper tape. Even our stickers and thank you cards are recyclable - which are printed by The Sustainable Printing Co.
Do you 'give back' in any way? We donate $1 from every purchase to The Nappy Collective. This charity does incredibly important work in supporting families who don't have access to enough nappies. They aim to relieve 'nappy stress' and 'keep little bums clean' which sits so close to our hearts and our values at Nappy Caddy Co. Check out their website for more information.
